Young Talent Program

Kalegends consists of two main programs; Long Term Internship and New Graduate Recruitment program. With the Long-Term Internship Program, 3rd-year undergraduate or graduate students are given the opportunity to work at least two days a week and to start their careers with a long-term internship. The New Graduate Recruitment Program, on the other hand, gives the 4th year students who will graduate next year or graduate students, the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers by getting their first job at Kale Group.
